Challenge Roche – Transforming Cervical Cancer Screening
Cervical cancer screening in hospitals and clinics faced major inefficiencies:
Lack of patient follow-up: Many patients failed to complete the required tests, increasing late diagnoses.
Manual data management: High risk of human error and lack of standardization across different medical centers.
Slow response times: Physicians lacked clear prioritization of high-risk cases.
